First we take all the conventions of a top-down shooter and throw them out the window! Bloc is a new and innovative, yet ridiculously simple game that will challenge you to think a little differently.

It's Simple

All you have to do is match the colors. Yellow orbs to yellow squares, red to red, and so on. Sound too easy? With squares flying in each and every direction, you'll soon find mere survival to be a challenge. Try one of three different difficulty levels and go for the high score!

It's Innovative

Although we take full use of the Xbox 360 controller, we do it in a very unique way. Your orbs are mapped to the respective color face button and the triggers or bumpers will allow you to rotate in 90 degree increments. Bloc isn't just about firing, it's about thinking. Plan your rotations to maximize your score before the next wave of squares is upon you.

It's Inviting

Between the mellow soundtrack, pleasant sound effects, and soothing colors, Bloc is great for relaxing gameplay. It's also family friendly, taking a more arcade approach. You won't find any blood and gore here, just engrossing gameplay.

It's Challenging

Don't let the cute exterior fool you! Bloc is built to continuously push the player to new limits. Whether you are a completely new gamer, or a seasoned veteran, one of Bloc's difficulty settings will give you the game you're looking for. Plus the gradual increase in difficulty during play will help you get better and better, until you are ready to tackle Gauntlet Mode!

Bloc is pleasing to the eye, challenging to the mind, and perfect for any gamer. You can play alone or with a friend. Try to best your score and you'll never look at your controller the same way again!
